FEI bets heavily on nanogune's Advanced Electron-Microscopy Laboratory
01/07/2010An Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM) and a Dual-Beam Focused Ion Beam (FIB) nanofabrication tool have been installed at nanoGUNE’s Advanced Electron Microscopy Laboratory.
