Kimika Teorikoa Seminar: Trick-tracking proteins with molecular modelling

In this seminar, I will present how I have employed molecular dynamics simulations and enhanced sampling
methods for investigating the natural and pathological behaviour of some proteins. This includes (1) gamma-
secretase, an enzyme related to Alzheimer's disease, (2) gammaD-crystallin, a structural protein which assemblies
form the eye lens, and (3) DnmA, a dynamin-like protein essential for mitochondrial division. In addition, I will share
with you insights into my current involvement in designing molecular linkers that specifically target neuroreceptors.
