Technology Transfer at nanoGUNE: An Overview of Activities and Results

The talk will outline how the technology transfer plan is being developed at nanoGUNE, bringing together three main routes for the exploitation of research results: industrial projects, patent licensing, and spin-off creation. It will explain how the day-to-day work carried out at nanoGUNE can become part of this process, as well as the mechanisms available for researchers to become involved. The strategies for exploiting research results, approaching potential clients, structuring industrial projects, assessing inventions, and developing further patent licensing strategies will be described as well an the spin-off creation process.  A general overview of nanoGUNE’s achievements in this area will also be provided, showing the pathway towards the exploitation of the research lines being developed at the Center.
