New uses for an innovative coating technique

15/11/2019

The results in brief of the EU-funded ALDing project, published at CORDIS, highlight the importance of the project to boost nanoGUNE's start-up CTECHnano.

The ALDing project, 'Novel industrial processes using the Atomic Layer Deposition technique' (project ID: 746954) was granted an Individual Fellowship within the Marie Sklodowska-Curie program of the European Commission on 2017. After two years, the research fellow Dr Mercedes Vila has developed new coating applications for a technique conventionally used by semiconductor electronics industry.

The results in brief of the project, published at cordis.europe.eu, present the innovative possibilities of the new technique and its high market potential.
