CFM´s Neutron Scattering Series: polymers for batteries
Sandrine Lyonnard and Guiomar Hernández
Université Grenoble Alpes and Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University
CFM Auditorium
Neutron Scattering Series Committee & Jon Maiz
In this seminar, the speakers will briefly introduce how polymers are shaping the next generation of battery materials and energy-storage technologies. Through complementary perspectives from neutron scattering and soft-matter science, the talks will highlight current challenges and emerging opportunities in polymer-based electrolytes and functional materials for sustainable batteries.
Two seminars in one meeting:
- 15:00 "Looking into batteries with X-rays and Neutrons" given by Sandrine Lyonnard from Université Grenoble Alpes, CEA, CNRS, IRIG, SyMMES, Grenoble, France
- 15:30 "Solid polymer electrolytes: beyond PEO and 3.4 V" given by Guiomar Hernández from Department of Chemistry − Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University, SE-751 21 Uppsala, Sweden.
