Simune Atomistic Simulations

SIMUNE Atomistics is a spin-off company launched in January 2014 as a joint venture of four leading scientists and nanoGUNE. The company was created with the mission of commercializing atomic-scale and electromagnetic simmulations. It aims at capitalizing the experience and know-how of a board of scientists, international experts with more than 20 years of experience in the field of computational simulations of materials, and its simulations are mainly based on exiting codes that been developed by these experts (SIESTA and ANT), which are widely used in academic research and large international organizations.

In July 2014, a group of private investors became shareholders of Simune.
