  2. 2017 nanoGUNE PhD Workshop

2017 nanoGUNE PhD Workshop

PhD workshop 2017
From 30/01/2017 to 30/01/2017

The PhD students of CIC nanoGUNE are organizing the 2nd nanoGUNE PhD Workshop. This year, we attempt to get closer to companies, in order to better understand the different ways in which we, young researcher, will interact with them in the near future.

This one-day event will take place at CIC nanoGUNE on 30 January. The program is divided in three sessions: 1 and 3 are open to everybody (free of charge) and session 2 will be internal. Registration is required for all of them because the number of participants will be limited.

Program

09:00 - 09:05 Introduction

Session 1

09:05 - 09:15 Welcome of the Director General of nanoGUNE, Txema Pitarke.

09:15 - 10:00 JLM Innovation (Sergi Udina, Germany)

10:00 - 10:45 Das-Nano (Albert Redo-Sanchez, Spain)

10:45 - 11:15 Coffee break

11:15 - 12:00 Gamesa Electric (Juan Barandiaran, Spain)

Session 2 [internal]

12:00-13:30 LAB VISITS: Graphenea, CTECHnano, Nanoengineering

13:30 - 14:30 Lunch

14:30 - 16:00 LAB VISITS: Rest of nanoGUNE laboratories

Session 3

16:00 – 17:00 Coffee break and Informal discussion (the questions for the discussion must be entered in advance in the ballot box of the interaction area)
