NanoGUNE has established a Conflict and Harassment Protocol to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment for all individuals associated with the Centre, and reaffirms its firm and unequivocal commitment to the protection of fundamental rights and human dignity. This protocol addresses any situation of workplace conflict or harassment, regardless of its nature or motivation. NanoGUNE encourages all individuals associated with the Centre to familiarise themselves with the Code of Conduct and the Conflict and Harassment Protocol, and to report any form of workplace conflict, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour that they may experience or become aware of, in order to help ensure a safe working environment for all.

Harassment cases may also be reported through the Whistleblower Channel.
